Bahrain International Circuit

Centered around mid-speed corners, the layout is typical of recent race circuits. One noteworthy feature is the track surface, which was specially developed for the desert climate. A key point will be finding exactly the right tires for the new surface. Luxurious stands will enable the race to be viewed in comfort.

Access

Bahrain is a small island nation with a strong economy supported by the petroleum industry, and the capital Manama boasts many world-class hotels.
A network of highways provides problem-free access to the race circuit from both Bahrain International Airport, the hub of Gulf Air (the raceOs main sponsor), and from Manama. (Airport: BAHRAIN)

Climate

At this time of year the temperatures are still not so high, and though it can get quite cool at night, conditions should be relatively comfortable.
Although slim, there is also a chance of rain.Care must be taken with regard to high winds.
