A circuit in the desert… Drivers have to battle not only each other, but also the dust blown onto the track by the strong desert winds.

Avoiding the mayhem after the start of the race, Jarno went on to take 6th in a strong performance that gave him his 2nd successive points finish.

With the added advantage of the February tests here at Bahrain, Jarno’s output was strong and stable throughout the weekend.

Strong winds and other factors saw Glock disappointingly miss out on a berth in Q3.

Jarno showed enough pace towards the middle of the race to outdo even the McLaren machines, raising hopes that he would finish even further up the field.

Glock hit trouble just when he had a points finish within his sights; however, some clever driving saw him still able to finish the race.

Jarno has shown that he and the TF108 have huge potential – it’s only a matter of time until he catches up with the top runners.

Glock appeared more relaxed than his rookie status in this GP to see in his 1st chequered flag. Hopefully this will lead to a more positive outcome in the European round.
